Prologue
In
the dark alleyway, two teenagers walked side by side away from the busy street
and into a dark alleyway. Their features were shadowed by the light behind
them. On the opposite end of the alley, another teenager barely a few years
approached them. This older teen had light brown hair and had a black cap that
was pulled down low to cover his eyes. Both of his hands were tucked deep in
the pockets of his black leather jacket. Around his neck hung a leather cord
with a bronze charm in the shape of a hawk that gleamed dully. They all stopped
in the middle and turned so that their backs faced opposite walls. The light
now shone on the younger teens revealing a girl with semi-long black hair and a
boy with slightly long, white-blonde hair. The older boy pushed back his hat to
reveal his dark green eyes.
